Translation
(1) Āvī arathnī je vāt koy nar utāre angmā re
Āvī arathnī je vāt, koy nar utāre angmā re;
Tyāre sukhī thāy sākshāt, pachhī samjī rahe satsangmā re... 1
(1) Whoever bears these words of advice in their heart will experience bliss and will remain in Satsang with understanding.
Thaī garīb ne garjvān, shishya thaī rahe sarvano re;
Melī mamtā ne mān, tyāg kare tan garvno re... 2
(2) He remains humble and self-interested (in his liberation) and becomes a disciple of everyone. He forsakes ‘my-ness’ and ego and renounces arrogance.
Khoḷī khoṭ na rākhe kāī, bhalī bhakti bhajāvvā re;
Ek rahe antarmāī, tān Prabhune rījhāvvā re... 3
(3) He does not keep any flaws, having found them (through introspection), so that his devotion is pure. He only has one obsession: to please God.
Evā upar Shrī Ghanshyām, sadā sarvadā rājī rahe chhe re;
Sare Nishkuḷānand kām, em sarve sant kahe chhe re... 4
(4) God is forever pleased with such devotees who possess these characteristics. Nishkulanand Swami says all his tasks are accomplished, as according to all of the sadhus.
