(1) Vahālā tārā jugal charaṇ rasrūp
Vahālā tārā jugal charaṇ rasrūp, vakhāṇu vahālmā re lol;
Mahārāj, I lovingly praise the beauty of both Your feet.
Vahālā ati komaḷ arūṇ rasāḷ, chore chitt chālmā re lol... 1
Mahārāj, when You walk, the soles of Your feet, extremely soft, red, and full of bliss, captivate my mind. 1
Vahālā tāre jamṇe angūṭhe til, ke nakhmā chihna chhe re lol;
Mahārāj, You have a beauty mark on Your right big toe and a marking in that nail.
Vahālā chhelī āngaḷīe til ek, jovāne man dīn chhe re lol... 2
Mahārāj, my mind is (like) a beggar asking to see the beauty mark on Your last toe. 2
Vahālā tārā nakhnī aruṇtā joīne, shashīkaḷā kshīṇ chhe re lol;
Mahārāj, seeing the redness of Your nails, even the phases of the moon are belittled.
Vahālā raschor chakor je bhakta, jovāne praviṇ chhe re lol... 3
Mahārāj, just as a chakor (is adept at indulging in) the beauty of the moon, devotees are (similiarly) adept in seeing (your form). 3
Vahālā tārī ūrdhvarekhāmā chitt, raho karī vāsne re lol;
Mahārāj, may the urdhvarekhā (on the soles of Your feet) reside (permanently) in my mind.
Māge Premsakhī kar joḍī, dejo dān dāsne re lol... 4
Premsakhi asks with folded hands to grant this gift to Your servant. 4
