Translation

Swāmī Sahajānand Mahārāj, mārā hradaye rahejo ho,

Shriji Maharaj, remain in my heart.

Karūṇāsāgar he Vrushrāj, mane tav darshan dejo ho;

O ocean of compassion, give me your darshan.

Mārā āngaṇiyāne āj, Prabhujī pāvan karjo ho...

Please bless my courtyard (by coming to my house) today.

Prabhu hu dosh thakī bharpur, rāchī rahelo,

Maharaj, I walked about nicely, despite being full with faults.

Thaī moh mamtāmā chakchur, farto ghelo;

I wandered foolishly immersed in delusion and selfishness.

To paṇ rākhī mārī lāj, Nāth ugārī lejo ho... Swāmī 1

Nevertheless, please have mercy on me and save me.

Āvyo sharaṇe he Avināsh, āj tamārī,

I have come to your refuge today...

Pūraṇ karjo muj abhilāsh, vinantī mārī;

Please fulfill my wish; that is my request.

Suṇī sevakno dīn avāj, mane tav sharaṇu dejo ho... Swāmī 2

Listening to the feeble voice of your servant, please keep me in your refuge.

Ārat hradaye he Ghanshyām, vinantī karū chhu,

Maharaj, with a longing heart, I make a request.

Sharaṇāgat vatsal sukhdhām, shīsh dharū chhu;

You are bound to those who come to your refuge and are the abode of bliss; I bow my head to you.

Dīnbandhu garībnivāj, bhavjaḷ tārī lejo ho... Swāmī 3

You are a true friend of the meek; please save us from the ocean of misery.
