Translation
(1) Kali me sācho satyug āyo
Kali me sācho satyug āyo,
In the age of Kali-yug, the true Sat-yug came...
Swāminārāyaṇ dev pragaṭ bhaye,
For, Bhagwan Swaminarayan manifested,
muni sang maram janāyo...
and the munis understood the reason (that Sat-yug came is the advent of Bhagwan Swaminarayan.)

Chār varan ke dharam sanātan, Ved Purān batāyo,
Bhagwan Swaminarayan established the dharmas of the four varnas based on the Vedas and Purans.
Nem sahit pālat narnārī, bhavjal pār pamāyo... kali me 1
Men and women observed this dharma ardently and crossed the ocean of births and deaths.
Gnān vairāgya bhaktiko marag, sugam karī samjhāy,
He explained the path of gnān, vairāgya, and bhakti in a way that can be easily understood.
Jyu ravi uday rajnī tam jāvat, ur andhkār nasāyo... kali me 2
When the sun rises, the darkness does not remain. In the same way, Bhagwan Swaminarayan rid the darkness of the heart.
Parnārī chorī madya māṭī, tāhīko tyāg karāyo,
He freed [his devotees] from adultery, stealing, drinking alcohol, and eating meat.
Pūjā pāṭh kathā kīrtan karī, harijan man harkhāyo... kali me 3
He encouraged [his devotees] to perform puja, listen to discourses, and sing kirtans of God. His devotees did so enthusiastically.
Sār asār vivekhī samjat, jagsukh supan manāyo,
He explained the difference between what is eternal and what is not. The devotees understood the pleasures of this world as a mere dream (temporary).
Devānandko Nāth Dayānidhi, bhaktan ke man bhāyo... kali me 4
Devanand Swami says that Bhagwan Swaminarayan was dear to all his devotees.
