Gadhadā II-28

Samvat 1921. Gunātitānand Swāmi was travelling from Mahelāv to Dholerā. Bhagatji was discoursing to all the sadhus, pārshads, and devotees. His talks described the greatness of Bhagwān and his sadhu. Mān Gadhvi heard his discourses and asked him, “Prāgji, why do you keep going on and on about the ‘sadhu’?” Bhagatji replied, “Gadhvi, I am not the only one who mentions this. Muktānand Swāmi has also spoken about this and even Bhagwān has said that ‘The Sant is in my heart and I am in his heart. I always reside there constantly.’ Bhagwān remains in the sadhu’s heart and the sadhu remains in Bhagwān’s heart. Therefore, the sadhu’s greatness is included when talking about Bhagwān’s greatness, and Bhagwān’s greatness is incorporated when talking about the sadhu’s greatness. However, while one still has ignorance, Bhagwān and the Sant are considered separate. Mahārāj has explained this in Vachanāmrut Gadhada II-28.”

Mān Gadhvi was dumbfounded when he heard this from Bhagatji.
