Vachanamrut Essence

Gadhadā II-63

  1. If one’s jiva has become extremely powerful:
  1. He allows the indriyas and antahkaran to apply themselves wherever it is appropriate to do so and restricts them from doing as they please where it is inappropriate to do so.
  2. He would not even have impure dreams.
  1. By behaving as the ātmā in this way, one’s jiva gains great strength, however, an even easier [and greater] method than this is:
  1. Developing an intense affection for God and His Sant.
  2. Maintaining intense shraddhā in serving them.
  3. Engaging in the nine types of bhakti.
  4. Sincerely serving God and His devotees by thought, word and deed.
  1. During the final moments of life, when one has the darshan of God and His Sant, countless mental and physical miseries are expelled.
  2. The greatness of the Bhakta of God:
  1. He is nothing but a form of Brahma, therefore, one should never perceive human traits in him.
  2. Spiting him is the greatest sin.
  3. Shriji Mahārāj does not even like to look at anyone who develops a grudge with God or His devotees and His anger with such a person never subsides.
