Vachanamrut Essence

Gadhadā III-12

  1. One who desires one’s own liberation:
  1. Should not harbour any form of vanity; and with a meek satsangi, one should behave as a servant of servants.
  2. Should not malign God and His Bhakta.
  3. If he listens to the talks of or keeps affection for one who has perceived faults in God or His Bhakta, then he becomes a non-believer.
  4. Should not harbour deep affection for one’s bodily relations.
  5. Becoming aloof from worldly life and harbouring love for the holy feet of God, should continue to engage in the worship of God.
  1. If one perceived a fault in God or His Bhakta:
  1. The demonic attitude is never eradicated from the heart.
  2. Will have to continuously die and be reborn for countless millions of years.
  3. Will never be able to walk on the path of liberation.
  4. No scripture describes methods to be released from such a sin [of perceiving fault in God and His Bhakta].
  5. Their jiva is destroyed.
  1. This discourse is like a magical technique because by understanding this, one will never encounter obstacles on the path of liberation.
