Vachanamrut Essence

Jetalpur-1

  1. The karmas a jiva has performed become assimilated in māyā; therefore one cannot be liberated by their pious karmas alone.
  2. A Sant who has attained God:
  1. One should profoundly attach to such a Sant and believe he is one’s own self.
  2. By attaining that Sant or attaining God and seeking refuge in them, one transcends māyā.
  3. He has the power to transcend māyā.
  1. No matter how great one becomes, one with a rational understanding believes: “My greatness is not due to this status, but rather due to the ātmā and the association with the Sant.”
  2. The greatness of a Sant is due to bhakti, upāsanā, and ātmā-realisation.
