Gadhada III-39: Vishalyakarani Herbal Medicine

Mahima

After having Vachanāmrut Gadhadā III-39 recited, Gunātitānand Swāmi said, “What is mentioned in this Vachanāmrut should also be understood.”

Nirupan

Gunātitānand Swāmi says, “Jadbharat said to King Rahugan that the path the Vedas have shown – that of the moral do’s and don’ts - does not come into consideration for one who is a brahmavettā (i.e. one who knows Brahma). According to his understanding, one should only realize both ātmā and Paramātmā.”

Based on this, Swāmi had Vachanāmrut Gadhadā III-39 read and said, “The principle that Mahārāj establishes in this Vachanāmrut is also the same; that one should only truly have fervor for ātmā and Paramātmā.”

Nirupan

Gunātitānand Swāmi says, “The ātmā is extremely luminous. Believing it to be separate from the gross, subtle and causal bodies, contemplate that ‘I am ātmā and this manifest Purushottam Bhagwān is ever present in me.’ And all these talks are stated in the ‘Vishalyakarani Herbal Medicine’ Vachanamrut (Gadhadā III-39). Such talks are, to some extent, in all the Vachanāmruts and may be absent in some. The contemplation of the ātmā in the mind should continue, ‘I am ātmā, I am Akshar.’ And if this is continually done, one attains the state of Akshar.”
