ભૂધરાનંદ સ્વામી મૂળ જામનગર જિલ્લાના કેશિયા ગામના વતની હતા. તેમણે ગઢડામાં રોઝા ઘોડા પર શ્રીહરિનાં પ્રથમ દર્શના માણેકચોકમાં કર્યાં ત્યારે મહારાજની મૂર્તિ અંતરમાં જડાઈ ગઈ. મહારાજ પાસે તેમણે દીક્ષા લઈ ભૂધરાનંદ નામ ધારણ કર્યું. થોડા દિવસ બાદ તેમનું નામ બદલી ભૂમાનંદ રાખવામાં આવ્યું. તેઓ બ્રહ્માનંદ સ્વામી થકી પીંગળ ને વ્રજભાષાના કાવ્યગ્રંથો ભણ્યા હતા અને કવિપદને પામ્યા હતા. મહારાજનાં પ્રથમ દર્શનની મૂર્તિનાં વર્ણનમાં તેમણે ૪ પદ લખ્યાં: સર્વે સખી જીવન જોવાને ચાલો રે... તેમણે કવિ દલપતરામને વર્તમાન ધરાવ્યા હતા.
Bhudharānand Swāmi
Paramhansas
Bhudharānd Swāmi was originally a native of Keshiyā from the Jāmnagar district. He first had darshan of Shriji Maharaj riding the horse in Manekchauk of Gadhadā. He received dikshā from Maharaj and became Bhudarānand Swāmi. A few days later, he was renamed as Bhumānand Swāmi. He learned Pingal and Vraj language poetry from Brahmānand Swāmi. He was one of the poetic paramhansas of Maharaj. He wrote four kirtans describing the murti of Maharaj on his first darshan: Sarve sakhi jivan jovāne chālo re.... He gave vartamān to the poet Dalpatrām.
