આચાર્યો
નિમ્બાર્કાચાર્યનો જન્મ સં. ૧૨૫૦માં હૈદરાબાદ રાજ્યમાં દક્ષિણ તેલંગાનામાં નિંગપુર ગામમાં જયન્તી દેવી અને અરુણમુનિ થકી થયો હતો. આ આચાર્ય રામાનુજાચાર્ય પછી અને મધ્વાચાર્યની પૂર્વે એટલે ઈ. સ. ૧૦૮૪માં થયા હશે તેવું માનવામાં આવે છે. તેઓને સૂર્યના અવતાર તરીકે સ્વીકારાય છે. તેઓ આજીવન નૈષ્ઠિક બ્રહ્મચારી રહ્યા. નિમ્બાર્કાચાર્યના ગુરુ શ્રીનારદજી અને તેમના ગુરુ સનકાદિક હોવાથી આચાર્યશ્રીનો સંપ્રદાય ‘સનક’ સંપ્રદાય નામે પ્રસિદ્ધ છે. તેઓનો મત દ્વૈતાદ્વૈત છે. બ્રહ્મસૂત્ર ઉપર ભાષ્ય અને વેદાંત પારિજાત સૌરભ એ બે ગ્રંથો ખંડનમંડન રહિત શુદ્ધ રીતે લખ્યા છે. શ્રીમદ્ ભાગવત તેઓનો મુખ્ય ગ્રંથ છે.

Acharyas
Nimbārkāchārya was born to Jayanti Devi and Arunmuni in Samvat 1250 in Ningpur, located in South Telangānā of the Haidarābād state. It is believed he was born in 1084 CE, after Rāmānujāchārya and prior to Madhvāchārya. He is believed to be the avatār of Surya. He had practiced celibacy throughout his life Nimbārkāchārya’s guru was Nāradji and his guru was Sanakādik. Therefore, his sampradāy is known by the name ‘Sanak’. His philosophy is known as Dvaitādvait. He wrote the commentary on Brahmasutra and the Vedānt Pārijāt without denouncing other philosophies. His main accepted scripture is the Shrimad Bhāgwat.
