Vachanamrut Essence

Loyā-14

  1. Shriji Mahārāj speaks about His own personal preferences for the sake of revealing the ideals of a devotee:
  1. He does not have a liking for the Advait philosophy.
  2. He has a liking for the upāsanā of Purushottam Bhagwan, who is above kshar [perishable] and Akshar [imperishable].
  3. He likes the bhakti like that of the gopis.
  4. He likes vairāgya and ātmā-realisation like that of Jadbharat and Shukji.
  5. He likes a renunciant who does not trust his mind.
  6. Purushottam Bhagwan in seated in His luminous abode Akshardhām, which is above all. He does not have a liking for the divine light but likes the darshan of the muktas along with God.
  7. One who does not have vices such as lust, one who observes dharma, and one who possesses bhakti toward God – he enjoys the company of such a person.
  8. He has a stronger dislike for those who have anger, egotism or jealousy than one who is lustful, because these three vices cause one to regress and fall from Satsang.
