Gadhadā II-6
- Just as one acquires money from a draft written by a wealthy businessman, similarly, one attains liberation by abiding by the dharma expounded in the scriptures by a great Purush.
- One who does not have faith in the moral do’s and don’ts should be regarded as a grave sinner and his company should be shunned.
- The chitt is extremely pure, therefore, it can visualise whatever object it recalls.
- Whenever the chitt remembers good and bad objects, then believing one’s ātmā to be distinct from the chitt:
- Worship God.
- Not become frustrated by the pure and impure thoughts arising in the chitt.
- Always remain joyful.
