Gadhadā II-31

  1. Cosmic evolution [utpatti sarg]: Parabrahma > Aksharbrahma > Prakruti-Purush > Pradhān-Purush > Vairāj-Purush > avatārs of Rām and Krishna.
  2. The jivas and ishwars are bound to māyā.
  3. Only when Purushottam Nārāyan enters Vairāj-Purush are avatārs of God possible through Vairāj-Purush.
  4. By associating with Brahma through constant contemplation of Brahma, the jiva acquires the virtues of Brahma and the attachment to māyā in the form of unconsciousness is broken
  5. By offering upāsanā to deities, such as Brahmā, etc., instead of God, one attains dharma, artha, and kām but not moksha.
  6. Jiva, ishwar, māyā, Brahma, and Parabrahma are eternal entities.
