Vachanamrut Essence
Gadhadā II-31
- Cosmic evolution [utpatti sarg]: Parabrahma > Aksharbrahma > Prakruti-Purush > Pradhān-Purush > Vairāj-Purush > avatārs of Rām and Krishna.
- The jivas and ishwars are bound to māyā.
- Only when Purushottam Nārāyan enters Vairāj-Purush are avatārs of God possible through Vairāj-Purush.
- By associating with Brahma through constant contemplation of Brahma, the jiva acquires the virtues of Brahma and the attachment to māyā in the form of unconsciousness is broken
- By offering upāsanā to deities, such as Brahmā, etc., instead of God, one attains dharma, artha, and kām but not moksha.
- Jiva, ishwar, māyā, Brahma, and Parabrahma are eternal entities.
