Vartāl-19

1. God and His Sādhu are always present on the earth; however, only those who recognise them become a devotee of God.
2. A devotee of God:

1. Does not wish for the pleasures of panchvishays.
2. Regards the pleasures of the 14 realms to be extremely insignificant.
3. Who desires pleasure of any object other than God, then that is his great indiscretion.
4. Bears affection toward God and God’s Bhakta by thought, word, and deed.
5. Does not enter the cycles of births and deaths or narak.
6. It is not possible to describe the bliss enjoyed by a true devotee of God.
