Vachanamrut Essence
Gadhadā I-33
- The greatest endeavour to please God is firm refuge of God.
- Refuge is of three types:
- Blind faith: even if someone such as Brahmā were to attempt to deflect him from his refuge, he would not be deflected.
- Profound love for God: one does not become attracted to any object other than God.
- Understanding:
- Understanding God’s form by utilising one’s intelligence.
- He does not harbour doubts when God, assuming a human form, exhibits divine powers or acts powerless.
- If someone tries to dissuade him, or even if he tries to dissuade himself, such a refuge never diminishes.
