Gadhada II-9: Conviction of God; Realizing God to be like Other Avatārs Is Blasphemy
Summary
- If one does not understand the manifest God to be supreme and instead understands God to be formless [nirākār] and like the other avatārs, then that is regarded as committing blasphemy against God.
- One whose conviction of God’s form is not firm:
- Will either go to the realm of Brahmā or to the realm of some other deity but he will not go to Akshardhām.
- Whenever he falters from dharma, he will feel, “I have fallen into narak.”
- One who has the strength of conviction in God’s form:
- He will be protected from great danger [in the form of adharma].
- Only he can be called an ekāntik bhakta and a staunch satsangi.
- He would never fall from the path of liberation.
- Even if he has to leave the Satsang fellowship or has transgressed God’s commands, he will go to God’s Akshardhām.
- If is difficult to understand talks related to God’s form, yet Shriji Mahārāj has made it easy for us to understand.
