જાન્યુઆરી, ૧૯૬૪, મુંબઈ. સવારે વચનામૃત ગઢડા મધ્ય ૭, ૮ વંચાયાં તે પર યોગીજી મહારાજે વાત કરી, “... પ્રગટ હોય તે સામું જોઈ રહેવું તે અંતર્દૃષ્ટિ. પ્રગટ સામું જોવું ને આજ્ઞામાં રહેવું તે સાચું ધ્યાન છે.”
