Gadhada III-38: The Sānkhya Scriptures and Others; Remaining Forever Happy

Nirupan

Swamishri explained Vachanamrut Gadhada III-38, “The supreme God is present and perceivable before your eyes. He is right in front of your eyes. Although he comes in māyā, he is not false. He looks like us, yet he is divine. All of the forms are destroyed but God’s form is never destroyed. This form (manifest) and that form (the form in Akshardham) are not different. Both forms are the same.”

[Brahmaswarup Pramukh Swami Maharaj: Part 2/330]

One Who Identified Himself as the Body Is Miserable Wherever He Goes

March 14, 1974. Swamishri explained Vachanamrut Gadhada III-38:

“God forever possesses a divine definite form. He has two hands like humans. He is the truth. He never dies. Our form (human body) is born and our form (human body) dies, but not God. Just as he is in Akshardham, he comes on the earth to liberate countless jivas. He never leaves. He is present, present, present. Man makes arrangements for what should happen after his death. God came to liberate countless jivas, so would he not make similar arrangements after he departs?

“One who identified himself as the body will be miserable no matter where he goes. ‘No one called me or asked me’ - he becomes disturbed in this way because he did not receive attention. Did we come to a wedding here? Is anyone telling you they will not take your daughter (in marriage)? (Implying, no one is being insulted or rejected.) We are here for three days so we should tolerate some inconveniences. Some do not come to samaiyās because of inconveniences. But are there not inconveniences in social affairs? We tolerate those. If we understand the great benefit of satsang, then one would not have any problems. We run after worldly prestige. We boast if we went to the governor’s assembly, because he is great. If he does not call you, no one has a problem. However, Shriji Maharaj is the king of infinite brahmānds. If we go to him and he does not call us, so what. If one caters this understanding, then one would not become arrogant. Mrutyu-lok, Gujarat, Rajkot - all these would not even show on the map of the brahmānd. If one understands this way, there will be no problems for him.”
