Translation
(1) Evā jannī upar Hari rājī chhe Akshar pati re
Evā jannī upar Hari, rājī chhe Akshar pati re;
Jeṇe bhakti bhāve shu karī, fare nahi kedī mati re... 1
(1) God is pleased upon such a person who has loving devotion towards God and whose state of mind will never turn.
Sharīrnā sukh sarve tyāgī, bāndhī Prabhu sāthe prīti re;
Jenī lagnī lālshu lāgī, te to gayā jagjītī re... 2
(2) He has renounced all physical pleasures and tied his love to God. A person who has such fervor for God has conquered the world.
Kapaṭ rahīt Shrījīnī sevā, jāṇjo je jane karī re;
Prabhunā padne pāmīyā evā, ā bhavjaḷ gayā tarī re... 3
(3) Know that he who serves God without deceit has crossed the ocean of death and attained God’s abode.
Temā sanshay lesh ma lāvo, pūraṇ pratīti āṇo re;
Nishkuḷānand kahe nirdāvo, jenā jīvamā jāṇo re... 4
(4) Believe this with full extent and do not have the slightest doubt about it. Nishkulanand Swami says he who knows this has no complaints in his heart.
