(1) Ānand āpyo ati ghaṇo re ā samāmā albel
Ānand āpyo ati ghaṇo re, ā samāmā alabel;
In this present time, God has bestowed us with vast amounts of happiness.
Amrutnā sindhu ūlaṭyā re, rangaḍānī vāḷī chhe rel…
The ocean of nectar is overflowing with bliss.
Purushottam pragaṭī re…
Purushottam himself has manifested on Earth.
Vidh-vidh thayā vadhāmaṇā re, kasar na rahī kāy…
Welcomed in various ways, no deficiencies remain.
Nirbhenī nobato vāgiyo re, maḷīyā Mohanrāy…
Bells of fearlessness ring upon meeting God.
Kaḷash chadhāvyo kalyāṇno re, sahunā mastak par moḍ…
This is the pinnacle of upliftment; all are given the eligibility to marry God.
Dhanya dhanya ā avatārne re, jovā rākhī nahi joḍ…
Praise be to this avatar of God; no others come close to him.
Sahunī pāre sahu upare re, evī chalāvī chhe rīt…
The principles that are above all; their practice has been propagated by God.
No’tī dīthī no’ti sāmbhaḷī re, pragaṭāvī evī punit…
Never seen nor heard before - this is path of purity that has been established.
Sarvenā Swāmī Shrī Hari re, sarvenā kahāviyā Shyām…
The authority above all Shri Hari; he is referred to as the God of all.
Sarvenā niyantā Nāthjī re, sarvenā kariyā kām…
He is the controller of all and fulfilled everyone’s wishes.
Swāminārāyaṇ nāmno re, shakko besāriyo āp…
The mantra ‘Swaminarayan’ is the authority being stamped.
E nāmne je āsharyā re, tenā te tāḷiyā tāp…
Those that take its refuge have their miseries destroyed.
Dhāmī je Akshardhāmnā re, teṇe āpyo chhe ānand…
The Lord of Akshardham has given us joy.
Akhanḍ ānand āpī jīvane re, kāpyā bhāre bhavfand…
Endless happiness has been given to all beings, cutting away their immense worldly bondage.
Bandh kīdhā bījā bārṇā re, vahetī kīdhī Aksharvāṭ…
The doors of all routes that lead one astray have been closed; the path to Akshardham is open to all.
Tam ṭāḷyu triloknu re, prakāshī Pūraṇ Brahma…
The darkness of the three realms has been dispelled by the light of God.
Andhāru rahyu’tu āvrī re, te gayu thayu sugam…
The encompassing darkness has been dispelled, making the journey easy.
Suraj Sahajānandjī re, āpe thayā chhe udhyot…
The sun in the form of Sahajanand has risen.
Ashāḍhī meghe āvī karyā re, jhājhā bījā jhākaḷ…
God has arrived as the monsoon rain showers. All else are mere dew droplets.
Gāj vij ne varasvu re, agam sugam karyu soy…
Like thunder, lightning and showers, the scriptures have become transparent.
Sahu janane sukh āpiyu re, dukhī rahyu nahi koī…
All have been bestowed with the bliss of God; no one has remained miserable.
Dhanya dhanya ā avatārne re, bhale maḷyā Bhagwan…
Praise be to this avatar! How fortunate are we to have attained Him!
Vāre vāre jāu vāraṇe re, karyā amārā kāj…
Remaining in your refuge, you have liberated us all.
Ghaṇe hete Ghanshyāmjī re, maḷyā alabelo āj…
Out of an abundance of love, we have met God today.
Kahīe mukhethī keṭlu re, āpyo chhe je ānand…
How can this be described in words? He has given us so much bliss.
Nishkuḷānand jāy vāraṇe re, saheje maḷyā Sahajānand…
Nishkulanand Swami is overjoyed upon effortlessly attaining Sahajanand [Swami].
