(1) Shīdne bhaṭako chho tame chatur sujāṇ
In this kirtan, Premanand Swami is alarming everyone to realize that God is manifest on this earth and to recognize him and seek his refuge. He had never come before. If one seeks his refuge instead of going elsewhere, they will be liberated. On the contrary, Swami says one will not become nirgun by keeping the company of those who themselves are not nirgun. Nirgun refers to transcending the three gunas, which is Maharaj’s Akshardham - Gunatitanand Swami.
Shīdne bhaṭako chho tame, chatur sujāṇ,
Pragaṭ Prabhunī āj, karo oḷakhāṇ rāj... Shīdne 1
(1) (Premanand Swami is speaking to the listener of this kirtan) Wise ones, why are you wandering around? Recognize the manifest form of God today.
Ā dhām dhāmī kyāre, no’tā padhāryā,
Īshvar koṭi stuti, karīne hāryā rāj... Shīdne 2
(2) This dhām (Aksharbrahma - Gunatitanand Swami) and Dhāmi (Parabrahma - Sahajanand Swami) never came on this earth before. Countless ishwars prayed for him to come, yet they tired but were not able to reach him.
Ā avsar par koī, avanie āve,
To te māyānī āge, kāī na fāve rāj.. Shīdne 3
(3) Whoever comes on this earth today will not be defeated by māyā. (Māyā will have no influence on him and he has a chance to go to Akshardham if he seeks the refuge of God.)
Guṇīne sange kyāthī, nirguṇ thāy,
Jyāthī āvyā temā, pāchhā samāy rāj... Shīdne 4
(4) How can one become nirgun by associating with one who is characterized by the gunas? They will merge back into māyā - where they came from.
Āvo avsar have, farī nahī āve,
Premānand tāḷī, daīne kā’ve rāj... Shīdne 5
(5) This time will not come again. Premanand Swami says this by clapping his hands (i.e. asking everyone to listen to him attentively.)
