Translation
(1) Mārā Swāmīe āj mane rangmā rasbas kīdho
Mārā Swāmie āj mane, rangmā rasbas kidho;
My [Pramukh] Swami, today, has overwhelmed me in colorful bliss.
Eni sāme besine eni, sāthe Hari-ras pidho...
In his presence, I enjoyed the bliss of God.
Nahi koi rang ke nahi gulāl, nahi chandan nahi kanku;
There are no colors, no powders, no sandalwood, nor vermillion.
Nahi pichkāri nahi fūvāro, toye rome rom bhinjāyo;
There is no water sprayer, no water sprayed; yet, I am soaked through and through.
Dāgh nā eke dise bā’re toye nahi adiṭho…
No stains can be seen on me; yet, they are definitely there.
Neṇe rangyo ke’ṇe rangyo, rangyo karnā laṭke;
His eyes, his ears, his arm gestures have colored me!
Rās ramantā pagle rangyo, rangyo madhurā hasve;
His footsteps playing rās and his soft laughter have coloured me!
Mūrti saheje saheje samare, ānkh mincho nā mincho…
That divine image is recalled so easily, whether or not my eyes are closed or open.
Nāchu kūdu doḍu gāvu, sthir nathi rehevātu;
I dance, jump, run, and sing; I cannot remain still!
Chhalak chhalak ā haiyu māru, harakh harakh ubhrātu;
My heart jumps, overflowing with happiness!
Garaj nā amrutrasni māre, prem Pramukhras pidho…
I have no need for amrut because I enjoyed the affection of Pramukh Swami!
