ग्राहमुक्तौ सवस्त्रं हि कार्यं स्नानं समैर्जनैः।

त्यागिभिश्च हरिः पूज्यो देयं दानं गृहस्थितैः॥२६६॥

ગ્રહણની મુક્તિ થયે સર્વ જનોએ સવસ્ત્ર સ્નાન કરવું. ત્યાગીઓએ ભગવાનની પૂજા કરવી અને ગૃહસ્થોએ દાન કરવું. (૨૬૬)

When the eclipse is over, all should bathe and soak the clothes they are wearing. Thereafter, renunciants should perform puja and householder devotees should give donations. (266)

जन्मनो मरणस्याऽपि विधयः सूतकादयः।

सत्सङ्गरीतिमाश्रित्य पाल्याः श्राद्धादयस्तथा॥२६७॥

જન્મ-મરણની સૂતક તથા શ્રાદ્ધ વગેરે વિધિઓ સત્સંગની રીતને અનુસરી પાળવી. (૨૬૭)

One should perform rituals related to birth, death and shrāddh according to the Satsang tradition. (267)

प्रायश्चित्तमनुष्ठेयं जाते त्वयोग्यवर्तने।

परमात्मप्रसादार्थं शुद्धेन भावतस्तदा॥२६८॥

કોઈ અયોગ્ય આચરણ થઈ જાય ત્યારે ભગવાનને રાજી કરવા શુદ્ધ ભાવે પ્રાયશ્ચિત્ત કરવું. (૨૬૮)

If one has acted immorally, one should piously atone to please Bhagwan. (268)

आपत्काले तु सत्येव ह्यापदो धर्ममाचरेत्।

अल्पापत्तिं महापत्तिं मत्वा धर्मं न संत्यजेत्॥२६९॥

આપત્કાળમાં જ આપદ્ધર્મ આચરવો. અલ્પ આપત્તિને મોટી આપત્તિ માની લઈ ધર્મનો ત્યાગ ન કરવો. (૨૬૯)

One should follow the rules described for emergencies only in times of crisis. Do not give up one’s dharma by considering minor difficulties to be major. (269)
